As a "Thought Leader", Paul employs his expertise from his experience as a

forensic engineer*; attack helicopter pilot, a commissioned officer who rose to

the

rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army and achieved the position as an

Instructor of the Command and General Staff College Course and later, also

achieved the position as the Seminar Director of one of the National Defense

University, National Security Management Seminars that teaches the core

content

of the National Defense University (NDU) and Industrial College of the

Armed Forces

(ICAF).

He also employs his expertise gained as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army,

and

as the Toastmasters International, District 31 Governor and Lieutenant

Governor of Education and Training for 2,200 people to empower senior leaders

to be comfortable with speaking and leadership roles.

Paul's experience provides a plethora of stories to entertain and retain the unique

knowledge he shares. He was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross while in

combat in Vietnam against a retreating North Vietnamese Division near Dak To,

Vietnam and the Army Commendation with "V" device for valor in the relief of Khe

Paul's demonstrated expertise and insight provides unique insight using the

scientific method and logical thinking provided by his engineering training, and
